The ceremony training, Script Builder, Android app, Windows program, customer tools, and business lessons can be used broadly. What changes from state to state is the legal path: who may officiate, whether registration is required, and how the marriage license must be handled.
The paid Student Center identifies the states with the clearest path for online-ordained officiants and explains what still must be verified locally.
Many additional states can still use the system, but may require registration, credentials, residency, court approval, or local-office confirmation before officiating.
